[AWS] Relational Database Service (RDS)

RDS is a “Database as a Service (DBaaS)” for OLTP (OnLine Transaction Processing). RDS is a managed Relational Database Service in AWS. The main purpose of RDS is to lower TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
